• A fairly current version of any web browser.
• Your browser must accept cookies from parcelinfo.com.
• A 56K Modem Internet connection (broadband preferred).
• A Spreadsheet application that can read "csv" (comma separated value) formatted files. This is needed if you want to use downloaded parcel data for mailing labels or other reports. If you do not have a spreadsheet program, check out OpenOffice.org, an excellent open source (free) solution.
